  Great church with an impeccable reputation. Many Many Venice Beach Villas winter vacation customers walk to mass. Most have been coming for years and Epiphany feel's like home.

  Beautiful church. Too bad Catholicism is a fraud and not based on the Bible whatsoever. It's what the Bible calls a vain doctrine/philosophy of men who teach absolute lies and heresy, deceiving the masses and thereby sending them straight to hell.
